HONDURAS

Last year I participated in a service trip with Leadership Mission International in Comayagua, Honduras, teaching marginalized young women English, leadership, and community development skills. Aligning with my passion for service, I also acted as project photographer, capturing images used in fundraising campaigns to support the school. Living on campus, the team helped with day-to-day tasks such as farming, cooking, composting, and cleaning, while building meaningful and lasting relationships with the students. I will always be grateful for the team and young women at LMI, and I hope to return in the future!
